Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the Surya Indian Cuisine website or making a reservation. By accessing our website or making a booking, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Reservations & Bookings

All reservation requests are subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed once you have received a written confirmation from us via email or phone.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

We ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or modify your reservation. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will incur no charge.

3. Functions & Private Events

All private function bookings are subject to a separate Functions Agreement. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a function booking.

4. Dietary & Allergen Information

Our kitchen handles a wide range of allergens including nuts, gluten, dairy, shellfish, and eggs. We cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely allergen-free. Guests with severe allergies should advise us when booking.

5. Website Use

The content on our website is provided for general information only. We reserve the right to modify or remove content at any time without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

7. Limitation of Liability
